Tomorrow, 23 November 2021, the Political Head for the Waterberg Constituency, Desiree van der Walt MP, will attend the inaugural council meeting for the Thabazimbi Local Municipality.
During the sitting, councillors will be sworn in and the new Mayor, Speaker and Whip will be elected.
The Thabazimbi municipality is one of only 2 hung councils in Limpopo after the Local Government Elections of 1 November 2021.
